Sales Administrator / Coordinator

Location: South West Dublin

Salary: €30-36K DOE

Working Hours: 8.30-5.00 (Mon-Thur) 8.30-4.30 (Fri)

 

Our client, a small Electrical Company based in South West Dublin, is seeking to hire a Sales Administrator/Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar environment supporting External Sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Order processing
  • Provide Data entry and data maintenance services
  • Maintain data related documentation
  • Arrange and Coordinate deliveries
  • Support external sales team
  • Quotations

 

Experience required:

  • Sales Support
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Air Conditioning experience desirable
  • IT literate (MS packages) and ideally has experience in CRM
  • Understanding of Online systems
  • Experience in a call centre or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of customer services principles and practices in including Incident management, troubleshooting root cause analysis, trend analysis and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Knowledge of data maintenance standards and practices
