Sales Support Administrator

LOCATION: Dublin South

Our client, a long established and well known supplier of high end bathrooms based in Dublin, is currently seeking a full-time Sales Support Administrator for an immediate start.

Experience / Attributes:

  • Experience in working in the bathroom industry is essential, (min 2 years)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Highly numerate with attention to detail & accuracy
  • Highly organised, good communicator and team worker
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, hardworking and flexible
  • Good telephone manner

 

Duties:

  • Estimation for Commercial Tenders
  • Preparing Documents for Technical Specifications
  • Preparing Documents for O&M Manuals
  • Sales order generation, processing and monitoring
  • Stock control
  • Purchase ordering
  • Delivery co-ordination
  • Dispatch note and Proof of Delivery processing
  • Customer invoicing
  • Credit control

 

Required experience:

  • Bathroom Industry: 2 years
