Our client is an established leading manufacturer suppling products to a niche set of global customers.  Due to significant growth in the past number of years they currently have a  position for a Customer Service Manager

The CS Manager will oversee the customer service team and product planning teams with responsibility to coordinate and organise the workload of the team.  Responsible for a number of key accounts and should have some experience of account management. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer service personnel, ensuring  customer satisfaction metrics are met.
  • Manage internal communications between production planning, customer service and logistics team.
  • Taking full responsibility for Key account management, from order entry to delivery receipt.
  • Co-ordinate internal teams to meet customer delivery deadlines.
  • Leading daily operations and customer service meeting.
  • Ensuring team members have the information available  to perform their function effectively.
  • To develop a set of key metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer service.
  • To anticipate future demands, recognise challenges and formulate corrective plans.
  • To ensure all documentation requirements for key customers are meet.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to make sound decisions.
  • Strong organisation, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and be detail orientated.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of ERP systems essential.
  • The ability to direct and motivate others.
