Part-time Accounts & Payroll Assistant - maternity contract (8 months)

Working: 21 hours per week
Salary: €18,000 pa
Our client, an NGO that provides a broard range of support services to women through outreach and person centered care planning is seeking to hire a part-time Accounts & Payroll Assistant to cover a maternity contract.
The role will involve managing and tracking income & expenditure using Sage 50 Accounts, reconciling invoices, funds and paments, processing bank reconciliations, maintaining petty cash, staff expenses and processing a monthly payroll for 14 staff using SagePay, P35, P45, P60 and ROS returns. You will liaise with an external Qualified Accountant and produce monthly reports for the CEO.
