Salary: €130,000 plus bens 35% 

Job Overview:

Our client, a prestigious electricity utility company, is seeking seasoned Executive Leadership Development Consultants. Candidates must be able to demonstrate an accomplished background of at least 15 years in a mid-to-senior level managerial position and have experience in executive and performance coaching, tracking talent pools, measuring and accelerating development needs in tandem with Executive Stakeholders.  More specifically, broad experience in the practical application of HRD/OD models and intervention strategies, which may include: Action Research, Appreciative Inquiry, Transformational Change Consultation, Group Dynamics, Team Building, Systems Thinking, Talent Reviews, Individual Development Planning Models, Leadership Development, 360 Feedback, Competency Development, facilitation and consulting skills will be essential to high-performance delivery in this role.

Reporting to the Executive Director of our client's Executive Leadership Development Centre (ELDC), the position will be well-aligned to those with good visionary skills who can quickly adapt to the demanding and aggressive strategy to develop world-class, global leaders.  The position is based at the ELDC in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Requirements

  • At least 15 years of mid-to-senior level managerial HR/HRD/Coaching and Talent Management, working closely with business leaders or C-Level executives experience with extensive leadership coaching and feedback experience.
  • Recognized global performance coach certification. Significant experience implementing global leadership initiatives.
  • Experience in designing and implementing assessments.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Working knowledge of HR systems and processes, SAP preferred.
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills to effectively interact with a wide variety of people.
  • Direct experience working in a large corporate environment, power or energy industry would be a plus
    • Executive level communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
    • Graduate degree in business, HRD/IO/OD related fields
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, Excel tools.
