Accounts Administration

LOCATION: Dublin City Centre

Accounts / Administration role

Location: Dublin 22

Salary: €Neg DOE

Ideally, full time but part-time may be considered 

Initially temporary with a view to permanent for the right person

Parking / Accessible by bus

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting the accounts department in the processing of suppliers invoices, credits card payments and expense claims
  • Handling supplier queries
  • Processing of customer sales invoices and sending to customers
  • Other general administrative duties
  • Reception duties and handling incoming calls

 

Duties: 

  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Sage 50 experience an advantage
  • MS Office Word & Excel essential
  • Very good communication skills, ability to build relationships and work well within a team
  • Good organisational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail essential
